Deleting a free Webex account

Webex – Deleting a free Webex account

If you’ve previously used the free version of Webex and created an account, you’ll need to delete this before Bluecube can create a Webex account linked to your business phones system and extension.

Please follow the below steps to delete your free Webex account:

  • Go to https://settings.webex.com and sign in using your email address (you’ll get an email with a 6 digit code to authenticate the sign-in).
  • Click the ellipsis … on the rop right of the identity card, then click on ‘Delete Account’, and choose ‘OK’.
