Krantz Designs are specialists in high-quality bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture and wet-room bathrooms. The company was founded in 2004 by Managing Director, Jamie Krantz, who has grown the business into the company it is today; with commissions not only in England but also Europe as well as press coverage in both national magazines and main-stream television.

Krantz Designs first approached Bluecube for advice on a new phone system for their office. Managing Director, Jamie Krantz, advised Bluecube’s implementation team of his plans for the business to grow even further in the next two years, so a scalable system with the ability to be moved/deployed in multiple offices was critical.
Bluecube recommended Webex by Cisco, our hosted PBX solution, which would give the business all the tools and features it needed to provide first class customer service. Yealink T41P desk phones were deployed across the business with HD voice quality. Bluecube also recorded an auto-attendant so that inbound calls could route through to the correct area of the business. A music-on-hold option was provided so that Krantz could promote different areas of the business at different times of the year to maximise marketing and ultimately, sales opportunities.
Since working with Bluecube, Krantz benefited from collaborative workflows across all their sites with Webex, as well as the high quality communications infrastructure required for the sale of their high-value inventory. Our mobile application enables their team to work on the go, and enabled them to continue trading during the pandemic. Live call reporting and other advanced telephony features helps them to stay on top of sales performance and manage their team effectively.
